- 本書英文原名 The Remains of the Day，1989 年出版，獲得英國布克獎
- 1993 年改編成電影，由安東尼・霍普金斯、艾瑪・湯普遜主演，獲多項奧斯卡提名
- 中文版書名《長日將盡》
