Who is the author?
- 尼爾・唐納・沃許 (Neale Donald Walsch)，1943 年生於美國威斯康辛州密爾瓦基，在天主教家庭長大，母親鼓勵他獨立思考信仰。他從大學輟學，做過電台主持、記者與公關
- 他的人生一度非常坎坷：經歷多次婚姻失敗，又在一場車禍中摔斷頸部，失去工作，甚至曾經無家可歸
- 1992 年，四十九歲的他在絕望中寫了一封憤怒的信給神，質問自己為什麼一直失敗。寫完後，他說手中的筆彷彿自己動了起來，開始寫下神的回答，這段「對話」後來成為本書
- 本書第一部 1995 年出版，在《紐約時報》暢銷榜上停留了 137 週，之後陸續出版第二、三部；2006 年拍成電影。中文版書名《與神對話》
