Who is the author?
- 紫嚴導師，社團法人中華道家人文協會創會榮譽理事長、中華道家寬心禪協會創辦人，玉清道院創辦人，「谷神心法」與「寬心禪」的創立者
- 他九歲開始修習禪坐，十三歲赴南美洲求學，自述二十三歲悟道；1998 年（民國八十七年）成立玉清道院，以現代語言傳授道家法門，主張以「心」改變命運，也成立道家公益團體幫助弱勢
- 著有《轉運造命之道》（博客來 2015 年度百大暢銷總榜第 10 名）、《緣來，就是你》（2017 年度第 8 名）、《緣來，我愛你》（2018 年度第 7 名）、《勇敢層級》等書
- 本書是他的第五本作品，2022 年 11 月由 PCuSER 電腦人文化出版；書中所談的前世、宿世因緣等屬於宗教與靈性觀點
