Who is the author?
- 李崇建，東海大學中文系畢業，曾任體制外中學教師七年，在千樹成林、快雪時晴創意作文任教，並舉辦工作坊；大家暱稱他「阿建老師」
- 著有《對話的力量》《心教》《麥田裡的老師》等十餘本書，內容涵蓋小說、教育、閱讀、寫作與古典詩詞；也擔任台灣、新加坡、馬來西亞、香港多個教育機構的顧問
- 2001 年，他參加約翰・貝曼主講的薩提爾演講，從此改變人生。貝曼曾與家族治療大師維琴尼亞・薩提爾共事十八年，是將薩提爾理論系統化並推廣到世界各地的重要人物；李崇建之後花了數年向貝曼學習冰山模式
- 書名《薩提爾的對話練習：以好奇的姿態，理解你的內在冰山，探索自己，連結他人》，2017 年出版，附有阿建老師錄製的有聲書內容
