Who is the author?
- 亞當德永（アダム徳永），1954 年生於日本岐阜縣，名古屋藝術大學美術系畢業，早年赴美從事插畫與漫畫工作，後來取得按摩師資格，在比佛利山為名人提供按摩服務
- 1991 年回到日本，2002 年確立他所謂的「亞當性理論」，2003 年提出「慢性愛」的概念，2004 年在東京六本木開設教授性愛理論與技巧的學校；他也說，自己真正關心的主題是夫妻關係與人的幸福
- 代表作《慢性愛實踐入門》(スローセックス実践入門) 2006 年由講談社出版，之後陸續推出多本相關著作與教學影片；相關書籍累計銷量在 2010 年左右突破一百萬冊
- 本系列目前尚無正式中文版；日本亞馬遜、ブックライブ等平台有大量讀者評論
